- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, and salt to the beef mixture.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan until soft.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll them up.
- Place enchiladas in a baking dish and pour enchilada sauce on top.
- Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
