Description

Beef enchiladas are rolled tortillas filled with seasoned beef and topped with sauce and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
  3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll up.
  5. Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  6. Pour enchilada sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
