Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Place the beef in the crockpot.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic.
- Layer chopped carrots and diced potatoes on top.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred beef before serving.
