Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the browned beef, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
  3. Stir in the kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and beef broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
