Description
A hearty beef chili made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the browned beef, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
- Stir in the kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
