  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Add tomatoes, beef broth, carrots, potatoes, green beans, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
