- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan.
- Pour beef broth around the brisket.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil.
- Bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil, add barbecue sauce, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
