Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  4. Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the beef and onion mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over the beef.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
