- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Once the beef mixture is simmering, add the frozen peas and cooked egg noodles. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
