  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
