Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and beef broth. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  5. Serve hot over rice.

  • Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
