Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add marinated beef. Cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and beef broth. Stir-fry until broccoli is tender.
- Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
