Description
A simple and delicious beef and broccoli dish made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Place beef in the crock pot.
- Add broccoli florets on top of the beef.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the crock pot.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust the soy sauce to taste.
- Can add bell peppers for extra flavor.
