  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked beans.
  2. In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add carrot and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add beans, broth, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until beans are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
