- 2 lbs mixed meats (chicken, beef, pork)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetables for grilling (bell peppers, zucchini, corn)
- Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro) for garnish
- Bread rolls or pita for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the meats with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the marinated meats and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meats are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Brush the BBQ sauce onto the skewers during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with bread rolls or pita on the side.
