  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables for grilling (bell peppers, zucchini, corn)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro) for garnish
  • Bread rolls or pita for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the meats with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Thread the marinated meats and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meats are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Brush the BBQ sauce onto the skewers during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with bread rolls or pita on the side.
