Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, allowing it to caramelize.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
