- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce generously over the chops.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
