Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce generously over the chops.
  6. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
