Ingredients

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced pickles for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce, mixing until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture onto each bun.
  6. Top the chicken with a spoonful of coleslaw.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on each slider.
