- 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced pickles for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce, mixing until well coated.
- In another bowl, mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spoon a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture onto each bun.
- Top the chicken with a spoonful of coleslaw.
- Place the top halves of the buns on each slider.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the buns are warm and slightly toasted.
- Optional: Add sliced pickles on top before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
