- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot.
