Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
  5. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
