Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-fry the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. Shred the cooked chicken and mix with BBQ sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas for 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
  4. Spread ranch dressing evenly on each tortilla.
  5. Add BBQ chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
