- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly.
- Top the chips with the BBQ chicken mixture, black beans, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with sour cream on the side.
