  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  3. On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly.
  4. Top the chips with the BBQ chicken mixture, black beans, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with diced red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
