- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, brush BBQ sauce on the chicken.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce for added flavor.
- For extra smokiness, add wood chips to the grill.
