- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush half the sauce onto the chicken skewers.
- Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more sriracha.
- Soak skewers to prevent burning.
- Serve with rice or salad.
