Description

Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are a flavorful and easy-to-make dish, perfect for grilling or baking. The spicy-sweet sauce adds a delicious kick.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush half the sauce onto the chicken skewers.
  5. Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve with remaining sauce for dipping.

  • For extra heat, add more sriracha.
