- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets (cut into strips)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make bang bang sauce.
- Slice cooked chicken into strips.
- Assemble bowl with lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and chicken.
- Drizzle with bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double-coat the chicken.
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
