Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the mashed bananas with melted butter.
  3. Add baking soda and salt to the banana mixture and stir.
  4. Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
