Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk (any type)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Blend oats, banana, milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
