A healthy banana bread recipe that is easy to make and delicious.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add honey, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for more sweetness.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
