A quick and easy recipe for banana bread overnight oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats and almond milk.
- Add mashed bananas, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or container.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve chilled, topped with additional banana and walnuts if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
