- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add honey, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Best served warm.
