Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss the banana slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, and honey if using until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
- Remove the banana chips and let them cool completely before serving.
