- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- While salmon bakes, heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour sauce over baked salmon and serve immediately.
