Delicious baked potatoes prepared in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub olive oil over each potato.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should slide in easily.
- Remove potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add your favorite toppings after baking.
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller potatoes.
- For crispier skin, increase cooking time by a few minutes.
