Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes under running water and dry them with a paper towel.
  3. Pierce each potato a few times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Rub each potato with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Air fry the potatoes for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the skins are crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
