- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes under running water and dry them with a paper towel.
- Pierce each potato a few times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry the potatoes for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the skins are crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary based on the size of the potatoes.
- For extra crispy skin, you can increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) for the last 5 minutes.
