  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Coat chicken legs in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. If using cornstarch, mix it with a little water, add to the remaining marinade, and simmer until thickened.
