- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
