Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Wash kale and dry thoroughly.
- Remove stems and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
- Let cool before serving.
