Description
Crispy baked chicken coated with a spicy-sweet hot honey glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for another 15 minutes.
- Mix hot sauce and honey in a small bowl.
- Brush hot honey glaze over chicken and bake for 5 more minutes.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Adjust hot sauce to taste.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
