- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help the wings get crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, making sure they are not touching.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
