- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, bring the apple cider to a boil over medium heat and reduce it to about 1/2 cup.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the reduced apple cider, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Grease the donut pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Let them cool completely before glazing.
