Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
