- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with pasta or a side salad.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Thin chicken breasts cook faster and more evenly.
