- 60ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 200g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Baileys until smooth.
- Stir in crushed digestive biscuits until combined.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour to firm up.
- Roll into small balls and place on a tray.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and decorate as desired.
- Chill until set before serving.
