Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 slices Bacon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 Burger buns
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1, sliced Tomato
- 1, sliced Onion
- to taste Ketchup
- to taste Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
- Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute, cut side down.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bottom bun, followed by bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
