Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 1, sliced Tomato
  • 1, sliced Onion
  • to taste Ketchup
  • to taste Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
  4. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute, cut side down.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bottom bun, followed by bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard.
  8. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
