Ingredients
- Avocado – 1 ripe
- Banana – 1 ripe
- Sweet potato – 1 medium
- Carrot – 1 medium
- Broccoli – 1 small head
- Peas – 1 cup
- Chicken – 100g, cooked and shredded
Instructions
- Prepare the fruits and vegetables by washing and peeling as necessary.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Slice the banana into thick pieces.
- Steam the sweet potato and carrot until soft, then cut into sticks.
- Steam the broccoli and cut into small florets.
- Boil or steam the peas until soft.
- Cook the chicken, shred it into small pieces.
- Serve the foods on a plate and let your baby explore.

- Always supervise your baby while eating.
- Introduce one food at a time to check for allergies.
- Ensure food is soft enough for your baby to mash with gums.
