Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop batter onto the skillet, forming pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving to baby.
