Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, and black beans.
- Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for at least 30 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
