- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange avocado, tomato, and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving plate.
