- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Stuff each breast with 4 asparagus spears and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use kitchen twine to secure stuffed chicken if needed.
- Substitute mozzarella with feta or goat cheese for variation.
- Serve with roasted potatoes or a fresh salad.
