  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and squid to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they are just cooked through.
  4. Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and snap peas, stirring frequently for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to coat everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
