- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and squid to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they are just cooked through.
- Add broccoli, red bell pepper, and snap peas, stirring frequently for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to coat everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute any of the seafood with your favorites.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
