- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk, egg, and vanilla. Stir until dough forms.
- Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread melted butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped apples evenly.
- Roll dough tightly and cut into 8 slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Drizzle with icing if desired.
