Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 apple, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, and yogurt.
- Add diced apple, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and add nuts if desired.
- Serve cold or warm in the microwave.
