Instructions

  2. Add diced apple, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir and add nuts if desired.
  6. Serve cold or warm in the microwave.
