- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk.
- Add chopped apple, cinnamon, and sweetener. Mix well.
- If using, add yogurt and stir until combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warm it up.
Notes
- You can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
- Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
