- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Mix ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a saucepan.
- Heat sauce over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Toss cooked meatballs in the sauce.
- Serve warm.
